Cancelling a confirmed booking
This cancellation policy is based on the reservation of the date and time for the services which can have caused rejections and missed opportunities of other clients from the time the services have been booked and the hours of work executed.
A Private Tour can be cancelled and a 100 % refund received advised within 1 day after the invoice is paid. Cancellations advised more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date to Barcelona can be refunded 50%. After this date, no refund is made.
A personal itinerary, group itinerary and event can be cancelled and a 100 % refund received advised within 2 days after the invoice is paid. Cancellations advised more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date to Barcelona can be refunded 50%. After this date, no refund is made.
If an experience is canceled by Maja’s Gusto, the guest will receive a 100% refund.
Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on the customer’s bank statement. Stripe fees for the original payment will not be returned, but there are no additional fees for the refund. More information.
