Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a confirmed booking

This cancellation policy is based on the fact that the payment works as a reservation of the date and time for my services, which means that other clients will be rejected and work will be executed from the moment a service is paid.

A Private Tour can be cancelled and a 100 % refund of the full amount of the invoice deducted the Stripe transaction fees, when advised within 60 days before the booked tour date, from the invoice is paid. Cancellations advised within 30 days before the booked tour date, a paid invoice can be refunded 50% deducted the Stripe transaction fees of the full amount of the invoice. If any work has been exectuted prior to a  cancellation by Maja’s Gusto Barcelona, regardless of the date of the cancellation, a paid invoice can only be refunded with 50%  of the full amount of the invoice deducted the Stripe transaction fees. Cancellations advised less than 30 days before the booked tour date, will not receive any refund.

An itinerary or event can be cancelled and a 100 % refund of the full amount of the invoice deducted the Stripe transaction fees, when advised within 60 days before the first date of the itinerary or event. Cancellations advised within 30 days before the first date of the itinerary or event can be refunded 50% of the full amount of the invoice deducted the Stripe transaction fees. If any work has been exectuted by Maja’s Gusto Barcelona prior to a  cancellation, regardless of the date of the cancellation, a paid invoice can only be refunded with 50% of the full amount of the invoice deducted the Stripe transaction fees. Cancellations advised less than 30 days before the first date of the itinerary or event date, will not receive any refund.

A coahing call is non-refundable after paid. Cancellation of a coaching call + itinerary review can be refunded 50% of the full amount of the invoice deducted the Stripe transaction fees when advised more than days 30 days before the date of the coaching call. Cancellation of an itinerary review + local bookings will not receive any refund. 

A paid service canceled by Maja’s Gusto Barcelona, will be refunded 100%.

Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on the customer’s bank statement. Stripe fees for the original payment will not be returned.
